Sounds like a Wuhan 2.0, only this time with Peking University doing studies to control the global rare earth metals production. Listed as a conduit for stealing technology which appears to have been funded under Obama.

Trump was the first national politician to alert people to the growing threat of China. Quislings like Obama, Bush and the Clintongs were happy to sell us out to them.
