I believe they are sincere. I also believe the Saudi govt, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, maybe a couple other Arab states favor peace and good relations with Israel vs. this constant terrorism and attacks. ----- Perhaps they feel being honest is an important part of serving God and Israeli Jews really have not been the bad guys this past century.
