The Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union organized a rally outside the Barnes & Noble flagship store in New York City’s Union Square on November 14 in an effort to push the company into resolving disagreement on wages and reaching a contract with workers by the end of the year.

Well, thats a shame really. I love B&N. I've spent many a happy hour inside their walls.

I do My book ordering via Kindle now, but I do miss the shelves of books to browse through.

Yes I do but I'm surprised Barnes and Noble survived. Ours closed down a few years back

We do have a fantastic second hand book store. Bargains and they stock new release

same here we have half price books store here. and a barnes and noble.

If you buy used you can usually get them at a pretty decent price. Unless it's something really rare/obscure.
