The target of the Russian massive missile strike on Ukraine on December 13 is the energy sector, German Galushchenko, Minister of Energy of Ukraine, reports.

"The enemy continues its terror. Once again, the energy sector across Ukraine is under massive attack," Galushchenko stated.

According to Ukraine's Minister, energy workers are taking all necessary measures to minimize the negative impact on the power system.

"As soon as the security situation allows, the extent of the damage will be assessed," Galushchenko added.

Missile strikes on Ukraine

On the morning of December 13, the Russian army carried out another massive attack on Ukraine. The enemy used Tu-95MS bombers, Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea, as well as ballistic missiles. Explosions have been reported across the country, including in the Odesa, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Khmelnytskyi regions.
In Odesa, strong explosions have left several districts without water and electricity.

Blah, this just has to be propaganda, all I have read for the last two years was how Putin couldn't hit anything and were getting their asses beat by the Ukes.....Right?

That said, from a tactical standpoint, leaving your enemy in the dark through a harsh winter with plans to exploit it for a spring offensive is a very solid plan.

Quick, let’s send them another $80 Billion before Trump cuts off the gravy train. ;)

The Ukronazi’s continue their valiant and dogged advance to the rear.
