I am not sure what forum this speech was given in, but it is an American economist and high-level consultant lecturing European leaders on U.S. foreign policy.

His assessments are both stunning and obvious (in context). Among other things,

• How and why Trump will probably stop the war in Ukraine fairly soon,
• Why Netanyahu is at fault for much of America's strife in the Middle East,
• What Putin really wants, and how this war could and should have been avoided,
• Why NATO should have been disbanded in the early 90's, and should be abandoned by our European allies as soon as diplomatically possible.

Seriously, if you care about American foreign policy, watching this video is well worth your time.
