Two Police Trade-ins

Picked these up a month or so ago (I'm terrible with time), they were great bargains.

And a Taurus Model 82 (.38 caliber)

Both function flawlessly even though they're showing "police" wear.

Unfortunately the 82 was carried by someone who bathed in perfume, the grips are inundated with it. I fixed the problem:

I actually like the patina on the Taurus. Just watch out for rust if you live in a humid climate.

Here in the high desert anything above 40% humidity is considered high.......... I'm planning on having the 82 blued....... And I'm not a Xenomorph so I don't have to worry about acid sweat.

Good deal. My experience with police trade-ins is that they generally look like shit on the outside, but are solid internally, since they don't get much action.

Picked up a police trade in Glock 23 Gen3 also. Ground off the finger grooves & under the trigger guard to try and make it fit my hand....... It's for sale or trade.......
