Two Baltimore Correctional Officers Caught on Video Joining the Rioting and Looting

The Baltimore City jail has suspended two correctional officers–both female African Americans–for having been caught on video looting a store during the recent rioting in that city.
The pair are now on suspension pending a review of their employment status.
I guess you can take the girl out of the “hood” but…

Tamika Cobb and Kendra Richard were charged with theft and two counts of burglary, according to a statement released by the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS).
Great! People who receive money from government and who should be an example to all people, who made mistakes in their lives, now are making mistakes by themselves...
I really can't understand, why? Maybe they haven't got enough money, or it's just thug "spirit?"
