There is no “Russian propaganda” in the US. In fact, quite the opposite. All propaganda here is anti-Russian. They are white, and Christian, and don’t buy into the Woke Agenda of the left. Thus they are always vilified here. They also rejected communism with the collapse of the USSR, which is a cardinal sin to the Marxist loving commies that run the US media.
However those of us that don’t buy into all this bullshit, can see exactly what Biden and the rest of the Globohomos have been doing. They’ve wanted this war with Russia for a long time.

NO, Biden is a mixed bag, from one side he is an old coward , who afraid to the death his own voters (radical marginals, like WOKE, BLM, greenies , radical leftists ) .
