several hundreds of hours is what it took me to have such speed and reliability of hitting by age 20 and thousands of hours since to maintain such. About 300 hours to become black belt. Much of that one on one and never more than 4 guys in class, taught by a 5th Dan master hardass, in Korea, while I was a soldier there. 5'4", 160 lbs, and he could do single finger pushups until you got tired of watching him.
