The falling numbers will lessen GOP lawmaker support and loyalty.

As such, this will weaken in his hope to make his agenda shape the political geography of the next year, as well as effect dimish hopes for the elections in the midterm next year.

The latest polls show that Trump's approval rating has reached its lowest point since he began his second term.

According to the latest Navigator Research poll, conducted between April 3-7 among 1,000 respondents, Trump's approval rating currently stands at 44 percent, while 53 percent disapprove, giving him a net approval of -9 points.

That represents a drop of 7 points since the pollster's previous survey, conducted in March, and a drop of 11 points from a survey conducted in early February, which found that 49 percent approved of the president's job performance, while 47 percent disapproved.

The latest polling from Cyganl also showed that Trump's approval rating has taken a hit since February. The latest poll, conducted between April 1-3 among 1,500 likely voters, showed that 47 percent approve of the president's job performance, while 51 percent disapprove. That is a major shift from a poll conducted in early February which put Trump's net approval rating at +2 points, with 50 percent approving and 48 percent disapproving.

He will be under 40, is my prediction, by May if does not pull some magic out his butt.

Still better than the democrat 21% approval rating. Lol

I remember when Bush was president, the MSM would relentlessly attack him, and then they would take a poll to see if their attacks were working.
They are doing the same thing to Trump.
The MSM always attacks the Republican presidents, and they defend the Democrat presidents and then take a phony poll.

It will be reversed by next year this time. He failed today and had to back down.
The tariff threat did exactly what it was designed to do---brought fifty countries to the negotiating table. He, unlike you, knows exactly what he's doing. BTW, the market is up over 2600 pts. I don't hear you crowing about that.

It's 75, and they are negotiating, which is what THEY wanted to do all the time

Trump's surrender reversed the slide.

He and Bessent gambled badly today, and they suffered a solid defeat.

A good day for America.

I think, the last time I checked, 75 is MORE THAN 50. SMH, read. Dow finished up near 3000 pts--one of the largest one-day gains in the history of the market. MAGA
... because his advisers told him his nonsense earlier in the day was crashing the bond market and told him how to get out of it and they would try to come up with an exist strategy for the press.

The cabinet secretary came and lied his ass of to the press, saying it was all pre-planned.

If it was, they hate the American investor and taxpayer.

Then Trump lied his ass off.

We all dodged a bullet day.
