I fully expected this to be Babylon Bee satire. But I see it comes from "The Hill" and is reported also by other sources.

I'll reserve what I think about it until I have thought it through. Initially I don't like this kind of disrespect of a former President, even one who was actually an autopen, but I suspect there is more to the story. Or not. Considering how Biden and his people continue to trash and demonize President Trump, he might be forgiven for some clever hanky panky.
