Trump's policy on Covid-19 was to fund the creation of vaccines which would not be delivery to the public till after his first term in office and then ignore it which he did very successfully. There are two ways to end an airborne epidemic. Locate, isolate, and trace all contacts before it becomes and epidemic or allow it spread and wait for herd immunity. Trump chose the latter. The battle to stop an airborne epidemic is won or lost in the first few months.

One moment he's their best buddy, the next comes buyer's remorse. Try doing that successfully for 50 years, Biden's nailed it. Takes a special character to accomplish that. Harris carries the same traits thankfully, though with one major distinction, which is she'll never master it. Unfortunately she just isn't likeable, and she can't fool many to think otherwise. She's establishment friendly but she's untalented.
