According to sources, the motion to indict Trump was filed roughly thirty seconds after the failed assassination attempt. "It was obvious by that point that Trump had caused a man to fire several bullets at him," said District Attorney Jan Marsh. "If Trump were not literally Hitler, no one would have tried to kill him in the first place. It's time we in the legal system go after Hitler and not the people trying to murder Hitler."

Seriously, I do not envy how Trump must feel right now after being informed that two of the attendees at his rally behind him were hit and in critical condition and a third was hit in the head and pronounced dead at the scene.

What a terrible feeling it would be to realize that a man who came to hear you speak in your support died in an attempt to kill you.

Probably a very good and valid point. No doubt they wish more had been hit by the gunfire.

But at least I'm sure it absolutely GALLS them that despite a gunman with a high-powered rifle spraying off 6-8 rounds at Trump, that once again like a shield of divine supernatural protection, none of them actually hit Trump despite one coming close enough to shave his face.
