Trump has "Facilitated" Garcia's release from CECOT. He can do no more to "facilitate" his return to the US.

The SCOTUS purposely chose the word "facilitate" because that means DO NOT MAKE IT HAPPEN BUT MAKE IT EASIER TO HAPPEN. Well, Kilmar Garcia is out of CECOT but still in El Salvador. The President of El Salvador states he is HIS citizen and refuses to release him to the US. There is nothing more that the Trump administration can do to FACILITATE Garcia's return to the US. Well played SCOTUS.

If Trump said the word, he’d be home. Not being able to do anything is a lie. Trump threatened Canada, Denmark/Greenland and Panama, but El Salvador is hands off?! What doesn’t seem right about this, especially since we’re paying them? Where in the art of the deal does it say the guy you’re paying makes the rules?

Why do some want to continue to smuggle gang member/terrorists from foreign nations?

Can the U.S government round up 1000 illegals and house them in a warehouse and let foreign governments send in their special forces and airlift/smuggle them all out of the U.S?

Why are you undermining the value of your own citizenship?

You look real good with that "Maryland Man" stone around your neck.....I'd not be going around any deep water if I was you. :laughing0301:

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a known MS-13 gangmember, domestic abuser, and suspected human trafficker, was recently deported to El Salvador's notorious CECOT maximum security prison. But the problem is he was not given his proper due process.

The Biden Administration refused to try him, and the Trump Administration chose not to initiate the proper hearings for his proper removal, instead sending him to El Salvador, violating a 'withholding of removal' order from a judge barring him from being deported to El Salvador specifically.

Those contending he had his due process point to two hearings, one that issued the order, and another. But the problem is, they did not order him removed. The first hearing rescinded the order for removal, instead restricting his deportation to El Salvador. The other hearing had nothing to do with his removal at all.

Now, my question to all of you is this:

Did Kilmar Abrego Garcia get his due process under the 5th and 14th Amendments of the Constitution? Can you prove it? Can you point me to a specific order where he was ordered deported?

Therein lies the dilemma. And before anyone says "he's an illegal, he's not entitled to due process!," guess again. The two SCOTUS decisions below render that point invalid.

Boumediene v. Bush (2008) (Non-citizen detainees have habeas corpus rights, and suspension during emergencies is unconstitutional.)

Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer (1952) (Executive emergency actions cannot bypass due process without Congressional authority.)

Even above the economy, closing our borders and getting rid of the illegals was tantamount to the reason Trump was elected. No one gave one shit about deportations under other administrations, but now any lawfare you libs can come up with to stop Trump from doing what we elected him for is the same thing you used to make sure He didn't get elected.
It backfired on you. And it isn't going to work now.
If you tie his hands we will untie them...

Trump should send him a basket of Easter eggs and a chocolate bunny.

You all are spending a whole lot of time on someone who doesn't vote, or pay taxes.

Fine, keep him in ES, and put him in your own custody.

The US should not be paying a single dime to house this El Salvadorian.
Since it's his Citizen, you house him and pay for him.

The our responsibility.

Even if he was returned he would simply be deported again under another ruling. He is not going to live here again. But it's beautiful to see the Democrats dying on that hill.
