Interesting that you point that out, CA. I thought a similar thing recently.

• Even in states where Trump LOST, he still GAINED a significant portion of the state than previously making many former blue states purple.
• Even in categories of demographics where republicans perennially perform badly, like blacks, etc., Trump GAINED significantly.

THE ONE PLACE I SAW as an exception to that which bucked the national trend remaining SOLIDLY in Harris' camp was WASHINGTON DC which voted for her in an astounding 90% figure. It made me think that if Washington is THAT FAR out of touch with the rest of the country, then how can these people possibly lead or run things for us effectively? Maybe what this country needs is to fire every democrat in DC from their jobs, deport them somewhere else and replace them all with people actually responsive to the wants and needs of the American people?

I said after she was chosen as their candidate that I couldn't see her getting more votes in the Rust Belt than Biden.

Biden probably still loses, but he may have made the E.C slightly closer, who knows?
