This is both a good things and a bad thing. While I believe they should be hunted down like animals, designating them as a terrorist organization will force them to go underground and become more desperate to the point of planning and committing more violent terrorist attacks. But then more people will understand exactly who they are and how dangerous they really are.

Trump is just bellowing to entertain his white resentment audience.

There is no organization called Antifa. There are no leaders, No headquarters, and no legal designation of any kind.

Moreover, it has been more than five years since any disturbance connected Antifa has taken place.

But right wing talk radio/Fox/podcast media has kept this bogey man alive in the heads of the all white audience.

Now, Trump bellows about designating an organization that doesn't really exist as a terrorist organization. And he threatens anyone supporting it.

It is a straight play to the bigots in his base.
