The "monsters" must first be eradicated from our schools.
But that's hardly possible due to the power of unions and something called "tenure".

Education is an island universe, accountable to none and self-perpetuating through a system of cronyism, favoritism, and a selective process of hiring that has less to do with experience and more to do with who-knows-who and familial relationships. Church membership is a must.
