A federal court in Oregon ruled this month that the Oct 2024 Judicial Watch lawsuit can proceed. Finton/Judicial Watch are very effective with these voter roll cleanup lawsuits. They recently got proceed rulings with suits in CA and Illinois too. In the past several years, they've won lawsuits in other states like CO and those states have been forced to clean up their voter rolls and do so on a regular basis.
