Rep. Vindman used campaign dollars, including campaign email lists, to promote his brother Alexander’s book in violation of federal campaign finance law.

If he did he should pay the price.

But I doubt it really happened. MAGAts are just looking to charge somebody, anybody, to salve their sore feelings.

Americans for Public Trust is apparantly a front for the Federalist Society.

Their Schlick is filing nuisance FEC claims.

I don’t imagine that they would have filed a complaint against Ben Carson, whose 2016 primary campaign was little more than a fundraising scam and book tour!
 
But I doubt it really happened.
If YOU doubt it, then it DID happen. Your track record of getting these things wrong is unmatched. Your predictions are always wrong, 100% of the time.
