Tisha B'Av 2024: August 12-13

"Tisha B’Av, the 9th day of the month of Av, is the saddest day on the Jewish calendar, on which we fast, deprive ourselves and pray. It is the culmination of the Three Weeks, a period of time during which we mark the destruction of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.

Both Holy Temples in Jerusalem were destroyed on this date, unleashing a period of suffering from which our nation has never fully recovered..."

With the ongoing unrest in the world, particularly in the Middle East, please, please, please consider taking a moment to ask G-d, the Creator, the Great Spirit, Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, total randomness, whatever force you believe created the Universe to bring Peace and Understanding to mankind.

We're all created, none of us are here by accident, we all must do what we can

It's easy, far too easy for people, especially myself, to project out the worst, but I'm taking time whenever I remember to ask the Light for protection and enlightenment

Please take a moment to do the same

Together we can make a difference

Kingdom of Heaven is great watching.

That attack on Tisha B'av on Israel never happeened. Why is that?? Did you hear about the 5.0 earthquake in Syria? Perhaps Iran/Hezbollah shouldn't has chosen so methodically the date for their attack. Reminds me of that scripture...Psalm 26:27 i think...'if you 'roll a boulder onto someone it will roll back and crush you'.
