Is it time for a stricter Motion Picture Production Code? In light of the latest tragedy, should ratings be stricter to control the violence that is seen by young people?

It like seeing an ad for cigarettes and should be controlled just as ruthlessly, amiright?

I'm not sure if it has the same appeal. Violence in movies and television seems to be glamorous, even project that anybody can carelessly take out and wield a gun without consequence. When if fact, this is not the case in reality.
