Exactly. My son, 54, just retired from his career. He was supposed to attend a meeting but never went. Informed his HR person on a Friday night and next Monday he never went back. He now has a part time job. He told his new employer either he gets to work from home or it's a no go. They gave him 2 grand to set up an office. He puts in 20 hours per week when he wants to.
