To be honest, in my estimation, Kirk probably was unconscious or braindead within a split second of being shot.

When that bullet entered his neck blowing the carotid apart, probably the very first thing it did was send a pressure wave through the artery into the brain likely stunning the brain into a state of unconsciousness; it might have even burst many capillaries up there.

At the same time, the spinal cord was probably damaged, the windpipe collapsed, and within another 1-2 seconds he died from an inability to breathe, interruption of nerve impulses to the body, and a total loss of blood pressure feeding oxygen to the brain and rest of the body.

I'd like to see the bastard dragged over cactuses, but the simple truth is that this stupid Robinson punk just didn't know shit, didn't realize what he was doing being fed nothing but lies, hate and fear by leftwing media.

He will probably end up rotting away the rest of his life in prison. Maybe if we are lucky, Utah will execute him by firing squad and just maybe, they will all aim for his nutsack.
