If the FISA warrants used by the FBI were based on false information and its beginning to look like that is the case, then fruits of the poisonous tree legalese may come into play, which would put the BO Justice dept. in 2016 in a very bad light to say the least. No wonder the demrats are starting to worry.
I'm all for releasing all of the Mueller Report AND the FISA warrants' underlying statements of probable cause, even though normally neither are legally releasable info.

But for the fruit of the poisonous tree to apply, law enforcement must have known about some illegality or falsity in the information BEFORE the warrant issued.

There was nothing used in their indictments that was illegal, silly one!

And as far as the Steele dossier, it was not an illegally gotten dossier... it was the field notes, of an investigator, who was researching Trump.... a table of contents list of things that needed further investigation...

Yeah it was. Funded by clinton and unverified yet used as evidence.

The law enforcement officers who present the FISA warrants to the judge must affirm that they have personally verified the information in the warrant. In these cases, the information in the warrant came from the infamously-fabricated "Steele Memo." Therefore, the affirmations that were signed were false, which calls into question both the FISA warrants and everything discovered thereby.

The non-Fox Media has been suppressing this blockbuster chain of known facts for more than two years. One can only hope that when a U.S. District Court judge blows the lid off, they won't be able to suppress it any more.

That is untrue. And while I think you don't mean "information in the warrant" but rather mean "the statement of probable cause."

And even then an informant who has provided truthful information in the past and who says he has first hand knowledge of crime can support a warrant.

And while threads and theories like this have cropped up before on this issue, generally the sources have been Pagagarious (sp) and Steele.

Oh, they knew about it alright.

BTW- there is no journalist or blogger named Gregory Toplift, the alleged writer of the article....

So why did the American thinker post an article from a likely Russian troll that does not exist in real life?

Do you all ever THINK, do you even have critical thinking skills at all?

things like this makes me wonder, about all of you high fiving each other....

Not gonna happen.

The DoJ and the FBI are still TOTALLY infested with dimocrap scum.

And even the ones that aren't dimocraps are career hangers-on that are only interested in their careers and promotions, dedicated to preserving the rice bowl from which they feed.

Career goobermint workers aren't ALL dimocrap scum.

But they might as well be. They will NOT stand up to them.

Like I said benny, IF. Time will tell. Also not all of the Mueller report can be released. If memory serves grand jury testimony cannot be made public.

Yes, of course all 37 lawyers of the indicted alleged criminals simply forgot to defend their clients on this....

Amazing. But for the fact that Trump is the subject of this gross Police State aggression, the Liberals and ACLU and ALL of the Media would be treating it like it was the biggest thing since Watergate. FISA Court would be dismantled.

This country is being torn apart by Hate and the irrational behavior it generates----hate that comes almost exclusively from the Butthurts, who somehow decided it was Hillary Clinton's turn, even though she has never accomplished anything except on the coattails of her *****-loving Southern Boy who happened to be a political genius.

Hate also generated because Trump won't simply bend over and take it---take the lies and abuse, and supply his own vaseline-----but instead fights back like General Patton.

Now, he is getting ready to put a General Patton on the border to stop the Democratic-Socialist-encouraged Invasion of America by a fresh set of Free Stuff Voters....as the current ones have wised up.

supposedly not. But information that was put to the grand jury may have been previously been in intereviews. I'm not for giving Barr the benefit of the doubt based on his prior statements about the Mueller investigation.

Where were you at when this happened.....when O was trying to interfere with israel elections or O was instructing the cia to overthrow ukraine to install our puppet. You cant jump up on your high perch when another country starts screwing with our elections and then blaming a presidential candidate of collusion. Its beyond asinine.
