I've recently wiped my Desktop PC and got new protection software - and totally forgot that I had an annual, auto-renew subscription to McAfee.
I was charged a few days ago...
Called today to ask that that charge be refunded, knowing it was my own lack of due diligence that caused the charge and boom...they refunded me no questions asked.
How very above board of them!
