According to the Trump propaganda network, Fox, we consumers are to blame for high prices and inflation. It's because we make too much money, which we are "squandering on luxuries such as food and housing." Therefore, it's not the fault of Trump and his tariff taxes on Americans. They say we should adjust our expectations, accept a weaker economy and learn to live with it.

In other words, "It ain't Trump's fault!" Not his fault that his campaign promises were a bunch of B.S. Not his fault that he has not brought prices and inflation down as he promised. Not his fault that the "Golden Age" he claims we live in is for the wealthy only.

Two days of reckoning are on the horizon for Trump and his Republican cult, November 3, 2026 and November 7, 2028. After the Democrats finish stealing those two elections, Trump will be licking his festering wounds for the remainder of his sorry existence!

Bigly!!!

I'm pretty sure it says none of that. It is, after all, MS.now. I'm sure what they mean is that white folk are responsible for the black folk not being able to afford anything because the white folk cut off their dependency monies.

The problem then, now, and in the future is too much ******* govenment spending.

BIden caused tht high prices with massive debt based spending and dumb energy policies

I don't know, I think Trump (by shear force of will) so far has done a fine job unfucking what Biden did to the country in the 11 months he's been in office.

It's just a damn shame he had to waste so much time unfucking it and he ain't near done yet.

Um that’s cause rheg don’t take effect til Jan
You guys are some serious suckers. WTF did Trump say when he was looking for your vote. Oh, end the war in Ukraine before he even took office. One phone call to Putin, over. Start attacking inflation day one. Did Trump not sign executive orders?

I mean a few components, within the big beautiful bill, have yet to take effect. But their impact has already been felt. What the hell you think the deal is with the additional ACA subsidies? And the tariffs, they are in effect, they have been. That has caused inflation and has absolutely destroyed the job market. Where are all those manufacturing jobs that were supposed to suddenly appear? And ICE is running around like a bunch of ******* idiot bulls in a China shop, rendering the labor market paralyzed at best, totally dysfunctional at worse.

really? that's your complaint? He hasn't ended Xiden's war fast enough for you? Didn't get it done in one day? geez.

The ACA subs set to expire in December, or the tempory Covid Subs, wasn't part of the BBB, Xiden and the dems set the expiration date in the Inflation Reduction Act, that they passed, that didn't actually reduce inflation, but give big insuranc campanies bailtouts to cover the rising cost

Damn, you are liking a talking parrot, except the parrot is smarter. Biden's debt? It was about half of what Trump's first term was. That inflation, under Biden, it almost all weighs on Trump's shoulders. A couple of facts here.

First, gross income, for Americans, went up throughout the Covid pandemic. I mean we were in a damn near full blown depression, unemployment was at record levels, GDP was contracting, not expanding. I mean come on, you Republicans scream about all the time, "the Democrats shut down the economy". The thing is, incomes WENT ******* UP.

Sure, you had those on unemployment, actually bringing home more money with their expanded unemployment benefits than they did working full-time. I mean there was something seriously wrong with the economy. You had "essential workers", like those working in grocery stores, still showing up for work, slugging it out, exposed to the virus, making less money than some factory worker now collecting unemployment.
