2. China can make noises, but if missiles start flying many of their surface ships will be filled with Mk 48 ADCAP and Harpoon sized holes.

3. Iran is the source of all this trouble, what we need is the Iranian people to finally get tired enough to overthrow them.

Yes there is no war solution to countries that have long standing beefs with each other. All America can do is stop funding them. Unfortunately Biden strengthened Putin and Iran by announcing he was ending fossil fuels. Trump is doing the right thing in going after these warring child countries with our economic might and using tariffs. Their economies will weaken and make them less capable of causing trouble.
