Boasting that one can grab women by their p*ssies is uncivilized. To "
just start kissing" women regardless of their desire to be kissed is uncivilized. As a 30-something, being the object of credible accusations of dating minors is uncivilized. Thinking the U.S. was "great" at some point prior to February 1865, "
we had slavery," is uncivilized.
Does it matter who does, says or thinks such things? No! Such attitudes and actions are uncivilized no matter who conducts them.
As for discussing sex and things pertaining to it with kids, well, insofar as there are adults who prey on children for sex, it's clear that one needs to discuss such things with kids so they know "what's what" when they are approached by cads. People, including kids, need to know about things
before they find themselves in situations where they must make choices about them.

Sheltering children from certain situations is a good thing, but sheltering them from information is a horrible thing. When a child is ready to ask about or introduce a topic, it's time to discuss it with them, particularly if one doesn't want them going elsewhere and potentially getting bad information or worse, undertaking to figure out what it's "all about" via their own experimental techniques. One can be sure that kids doing so will most certainly not figure out what it's
all about.
