This video is just like the Drumeo videos where they remove the drum tracks and have a musician improvise the drums, except its with the keyboard. Ive never seen a better keyboard player than Jordan Rudess from Dream Theatre.
Its shocking to me that there are people who dont know this song because, it was sooo overplayed. He obviously has NOT heard the song, otherwise he wouldnt have been off key before the chorus comes in to show him what key its in.
He will go through multiple sounds and keyboard playing styles. Its basically a sample of numerous ideas. My favorite is the guitar sound he gets from his keyboard. Stick around for the second play through of the song. He is soo god damn impressive!!!
