Dillon said Facebook uses biased fact-checkers to flag content that leans conservative, especially satire that makes fun of prominent Democrats like President Biden and Speaker Pelosi.

"Facebook uses politically aligned fact-checkers to flag, suppress, and sometimes remove content they deem objectionable. This is not necessarily an issue, but it becomes an issue when it results in politically motivated viewpoint discrimination done under the guise of cracking down on ‘misinformation’ and ‘hate speech,’" Dillon told Fox News on Monday. "We're certainly getting caught up in that."

That’s currently being tested with various deletions of information within platforms, by the platforms. All information should be allowed not only government approved information. Only having “government approved messaging” is a most dismal consequence for any nation. Look at NK for tips on how to control the populace 24/7.

Unfortunately I have no hope that is the case anymore. Virtually no one with any political power supports free speech anymore. When even the ACLU abandons free speech in favor of authoritarian controls on speech you know that the culture itself has lost the core value. Without a culture that values free speech we will soon find out the law holds no water.
