Moscow - Mongol ulus is like any other 3rd world nation where a 1st world nation built their infrastructure and they let it fail due to lack of maintenance.
And Finland isn’t selling more tech to Moscow - Mongol ulus not for a very very very long time.

Finnish icebreakers were also built for landlocked countries such as Kazakhstan. Shallow draft ice breaking supply vessels Arcticaborg and Antarcticaborg operated for more than a decade in the Caspian Sea to support the Kashagan project. Additionally, five icebreakers of the Mangystau class were constructed in Romania but designed in Finland by Aker Arctic


Canada and USA badly need many more of those !
