We know the deal: One innocent Israeli civilian for 3 swarthy “Palestinian” criminals. But I am curious about something. Is it stipulated that the “Palestinian” criminals must be alive when Israel hands them over to Hamas?

The deal is supposed to have the Red Cross AKA CIA do "wellness checks" on the remaining hostages AKA give the SEALS a targeting list for ops.
