Glenn spent about 2 hours with them sharing all the information he had researched regarding Antifa.

I imagine the Portland Ice facility debacle was dragged on by the feds so they would have plenty of time to slip "PLANTS" into the ANTIFA protestors. From there the "plants" spread their disinformation like a virus spreading through a human physical body until the targeted organization is so confused that the organization does not know whether they are on foot or on horseback. The tactic was used on both the "Bugsy Moran" gang(north side gang) & the "Al Capone" gang(south side gang) until the demise of both gangs was accomplished.

BTW, large portions of what was referred to at the Steele Dossier turned out to be accurate.

But it doesn't matter, since Steele's reports were not the basis for the initial investigation into Trump's collusion with the Russians, which is very very well documented.
