Bush has finally got his forestry management plan through. Clear-cutting has begun in earnest in the Sierra Nevada mountains, despite the enviro wine-and-cheese set's lawsuits. The people who actually populate the mountains will be happy that they can now sleep at night without worrying about wildfires.
