The displacement of African-Americans in San Francisco started with Wacky Diane Feinstein as Mayor. Silicon Valley would rather import foreign workers than hire African-Americans.

Actually SF is sort of cleansing out all poor people in favor of a rich elite. Blacks tend to have less wealth and can't afford it anymore.
