As the article mentioned a blue seat flipped red in one state, and it rarely if almost never happens in that state.
However, it failed to mention that outside of the four major blue shithole cities in the state, when you show a red/blue political demographics map, the only blue parts on the map will be rivers and lakes, and it is pretty much a miracle that they flipped a seat at all.

Republicans have not been doing very well in Special Elections. 47 is dragging his party down, but he just plain don't care.

We'll see if they can do well enough that I hope we can replace one Republican Senator in my state during the mid-terms, not to mention that there is a more important Representative in the House that may have some trouble getting re-elected.

However, I can assure you that both have little to do with any favorability towards Democrats, and more to do with Republicans being shitty Republicans and not properly representing who they are there to represent, regardless of President Trump.

We kind of take our stuff seriously here and we will send a fool home; with whatever party they are in not being the major concern.
