Terrorism is defined as the "unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims."

This is an example of terrorism:

Jimmy Kimmel suspension might have been a factor in shooting at Sacramento ABC affiliate, DA says

"We believe that there was a political motive behind his intention," the county prosecutor said.

The man accused of shooting at an ABC affiliate in Sacramento last week may have been motivated in part by that network's suspension of late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, authorities said Monday.

There's “circumstantial evidence” that Anibal Hernandez Santana, 64, had "a political motive behind" the shooting Friday, Sacramento County District Attorney Thien Ho said.

"So there are some indications here that the motive behind the shooting of the ABC news station was political in kind," he said.

"We’re still looking at investigating the case, but he chose a very particular target, and with the notes that he left behind and the target in place and the recent dismissal of the Jimmy Kimmel show, I think there’s circumstantial evidence there to show that this was politically motivated crime by this individual."

In a statement, an attorney for Hernandez Santana said he had not yet reviewed the evidence in the case and his client is entitled to due process.

"He is innocent unless and until he is found otherwise," said the lawyer, Mark Reichel.

Hernandez Santana was expected to be arraigned and enter a plea Monday on firearms and assault charges, but the hearing was postponed after he made an appearance on separate federal charges of possessing and firing a gun near a school and interference with radio communications.

Hernandez was ordered temporarily detained after those proceedings. A detention hearing is scheduled for Thursday.

Reichel said it was "remarkably uncommon" for someone to face simultaneous charges for the same conduct in state and federal court.

Kimmel had been taken off the air because of his comments about the slain conservative provocateur Charlie Kirk. Following intense pressure on ABC and parent company Disney, Kimmel will return Tuesday.

Hernandez Santana, a former lobbyist, was accused of firing into the building that houses KXTV, ABC’s Sacramento affiliate.

Video and images from the scene show bullet holes in a window. No one was injured.

A search of the suspect’s car unearthed writings about his displeasure with President Donald Trump and other federal officials, according to a federal criminal complaint.

A handwritten note specifically said: “For hiding Epstein & ignoring red flags. Do not support Patel, Bongino, & AG Pam Bondie. They’re next," according to the complaint.

The writing appears to refer to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino and Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Trump has been dogged by his possible ties to Epstein, with lawmakers pressuring the White House to be more transparent with case files on the late, disgraced financier."

So Kimmel's supporters are murderous scum; as we have known for years.

Democraps sure do like their guns, and political violence with guns. Maybe all these years the democraps were trying to warn us to take away all the guns before the neo-leftists completely lose their friggin' minds and start shooting everyone.

Kimmel's murderous supporters get their way; not good. Will he thank them?

I wonder if the death threats moved the dial?

When you do not believe in a God, they you become judge, jury, and executioner to implement social justice that can only come about by your own hand. And you have to do it all in this life because that is all there is.

This is how these people think.

Besides the God part, that's exactly how Islam works.

Ya know, for a bunch of people who want to pass more laws to stop gun crimes, they sure do commit a lot of gun crimes.
This is the party that wants more laws, but doesn’t want to enforce laws…look at the Hunter Biden pardon, they won’t even enforce current laws

They win! Time for gun control. Time to take guns from Democrat voters

Good point.

I did not mean the god of Mohammad, who gives the order for jihad to implement his brand of social justice, I meant the God of the Bible who states, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay says the Lord"

Islam does not agree with this teaching in the Bible, which is why Mohammad had to get a bottle of "white out" and begin rewriting the whole thing.

As you correctly state, the social justice of both the Left and Islam is via assassinations and violence.

They are of kindred spirit.

I got that.
One of the main differences between Christianity and Islam is that both want to punish sinners.
Christianity says in the afterlife.
Islam says you die here and now.
The demented LEFT have picked the latter to emulate.

Update:

Law enforcement executed a search of Hernandez Santana’s person, home, and vehicle. There was a weekly planner attached to the refrigerator in his home. Under “Friday,” there was a handwritten note that stated, “Do the Next Scary Thing.” Law enforcement also found in his car a handwritten note that read, “For hiding Epstein & ignoring red flags. Do not support Patel, Bongino, & AG Pam Bondi. They’re next. – C.K. from above.”
