I was stationed with a guy from Pago Pago who used to joke about killing the King of Tonga.

Great big bastard.

He would laugh out loud. No one got the joke. We all thought he was crazy. Many years later, after a few interactions with them, I realized that he was just a Samoan.

Definitely a different breed down there.
