Well, news from Syrias eastern stronghold.
"Deir Ezzor, SANA – Army units repelled an attack by ISIS terrorists on al-Tharda mountain and Huwaijet Saqr and restored security to areas in al-Meraiyie village 10 km east of Deir Ezzor city.
An army unit destroyed ISIS bases in al-Meraiyie, destroying 17 vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns, seizing weapons and equipment, and eliminating tens of terrorists while others fled the area.
Another unit repelled an attack by ISIS terrorists on al-Tharda southeast of Deir Ezzor, leaving many of the attackers dead or injured, while another unit repelled an attack by ISIS terrorists on the town of Huwaijet Saqr near Deir Ezzor city, killing larger numbers of terrorists in the process."
