Even a basic cursory evaluation of the world would lead you to believe that we live in a white supremacist society. Even groups that are not traditionally considered white, often see themselves as closer to white or yearn to be white, like the Indians, East Asians, Filipinos, and Arabs. It could just be that white supremacy is a constant.
Every study ever proves that whites have white privilege, and those who aren't are penalized. The only way to level the playing field is reverse discrimination. If whites are +50 and blacks are -25, it isn't racist to take away 50 from whites and add 25 to blacks to make the two groups closer to being equal.
To say otherwise is racist. To support meritocracy is racist because the default of meritocracy just means white supremacy, as history has shown. They are already racist with all these laws on the books, taking them away, as Trump has, would lead to more racism and leverage over non white groups. So, whether you support affirmative action or "meritocracy"(i.e, white affirmative action), you are still supporting a racist system. It is more just and logical to support a "racist" system that seeks to build equality. If we have to use racism to get there, that's fine. Why would I care about discrimination against whites, when whites don't care and haven't cared about the status quo (meritocracy) that uses racism to benefit them? I don't.
And that's precisely the intent, by the way. Conservatives take the free market posture they take, because they know it will have the effect of benefitting whites net/net. Once that system no longer benefits whites, they will abandon it, just like they've done with Trump/MAGA, attacking free speech, freedom, and the constitution because it doesn't meet up to the White supremacist, Christian Sharia that they want and aspire to.
