If people in the Biden admin give $billions to questionable "green" organizations, such as $375b to Podesta, or $2b to Stacy Abrams, or $20b to the EPA slush fund, it will take a lot of research to "prove" criminal intent. Its not up to Musk to prove, its up to the FBI to prove.
Musk can find fraud and point it out to the FBI, but the FBI needs to do the leg work to write the indictments.
Trump isn't in office 100-days yet. The indictments are coming, no hurry.
