As we near total retirement, my wife and I love to travel, strictly in the USA and Canada, and visits as many Iconic Sites as possible.
We have done a 'road trip' the last 2 summers.
Trip 1, Summer of 2024......Flew to MN, rented a car and Headed East, to GB, then the UP, down through Michigan and into Canada to see Niagara. Then thru NY to Manhattan, then through NJ, and traveling most all of PA, We loved the town of Pittsburgh. Next to Nashville and back north to MN to Fly Home.
Stopped at multiple Universities: PSU, tOSU, UW, UM, MSU, Vandy, UI.
Sites: Mall of America, Brooks and Dunn Concert at Treasure Island, Field of Dreams, Lambeau Field, All the Great Lakes, Niagara Falls, Cooperstown and BB HOF, NYC, Statue of Liberty, Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry, Gateway Arch, Fields of Corn. Lots of great food.
So much fun, It was 17 days of travel in a rental car, a Jeep Wrangler.
