Star Wars...who else is tired of Tatooine...and would like the Death Star to shoot it....

Since Star Wars is a global phenomenon....Is anyone else really sick and tired of all the Star Wars movies continuously going back to the one planet that the Hero of the first movie hated, and wanted more than anything to leave....?

What is it with Lucas and his minions that keep dragging us back to that barren rock of a planet....it isn't interesting, it is just sand...and with the whole of the universe to place his movies...what mental break down keeps him going back to that planet....?

I can also see Darth Vader being in these movies since he a main character in the Empire...but please...do we have to see the two droids, and the other characters...have they no creativity....no writing ability to create new plots and characters where we don't see any of the old people....

Oh...and Han Solo shot first...

It's difficult and expensive to create entirely new planets, even with CGI. Deserts are cheap to rent and the weather's usually sunny, plus no one has to create bizarre alien-looking vegetation. Thus Tattooine.
