Guess it's really not the guns, liberals. It's the people. So I notice that this act of terrorism took place in Michigan. We let a lot of Muslims into various Michigan cities, where is Traverse City?

Shea said the suspect is believed to be a Michigan resident but declined to share further details.

They are withholding information. Guess why?

This is why I'm always armed when I shop at Walmart.

OUTLAW KNIVES!!!

You can get by without knives. Your Steak? Just gnaw on it for a few minutes, it'll soften up.

You want to open a box? Can't use a knife without the express written consent of your local constabulary. And you have to pay a licensed, sworn Police Officer to come over on his off-duty hours to watch you, then he will take the knife when he leaves.

You have no right to own a knife. None.

As to who and what? Usually, not always but usually, if the DISGUSTING FILTH knows it's a White Man or Woman, they'll have his/her photo plastered all over every TV and newspaper story in the Land. Usually, but not always, if it's a person of color, they forget about the photos for several days.

Usually. Sometimes, they're just incompetent and too stupid to get a photo of the perp

He's white. A black guy held him at gunpoint until the Police arrived

I grew up in Traverse City. Really beautiful place in the 70s and 80s. Has gone very liberal in the last decade or so. Not saying that has anything to do with the stabbing, only that I wouldn’t want to live there these days.

Best cherries in the world!

Pretty good apples, too.

That sheriff is tight lipped as hell. Wonder what he's hiding
Maybe waiting for Tox results. The guy looks like he's been tweaking for the last week.

Small Town America is the new Inner City. Drugs are eveywhere up there. I have a small hobby farm near Hastings (love it up there, love michiganders) so I know wherefore I speak.

And it sure as hell isn't just Michigan. It's everywhere. Small Town America is in deep, deep trouble.

I love my small town. Don't even lock the front door at night and usually the car too. Traverse City is a big city to me

My Daddy used to say, "Why lock the door? It only tells the bad guys we're not home"

If you think about it, that is true. If you were a bad guy and you turned the knob and the door opened, wouldn't you walk, or run, away? Because Billy Bob might be sitting in his recliner with his shotgun on his lap.

When I'm up on the little Farm we have near Hastings, I don't lock the door. The War Department, er, er, The Love of My Life locks -- Everything. I can go outside to puff on a cigar and she'll lock me out of the house. But....... She's a Burbie so it's hard to get upset. I was raised in the Country. We seldom lock the doors.

A lot of the cherry orchards are doing wine these days. Still a beautiful place, quaint downtown right next to a beautiful fresh-water beach. It failed my standard for a cool small town when they installed parking meters all over downtown. The gyros at the U&I aren’t what they used to be, either. 😕
