A Stuart woman who attended a pro confederate flag rally in Birmingham, Alabama, said on her Facebook page she was subsequently involved in a car accident in Mississippi. Arlene Barnham, of Stuart, posted this image after saying she had been in a roll-over accident after being chased.

Anthony Hervey was killed in the roll-over accident near Oxford, Mississippi, according to Arlene Barnham.
Barnham, a Stuart woman said on her Facebook page she attended a pro confederate flag rally in Birmingham, Alabama, and then was subsequently involved in a car accident in Mississippi.
"I didn't know him, really." Arlene Barham said. "I gave him a ride to the rally."
She said they were both supporters of the same cause and she was letting him drive her truck as they neared his hometown of Oxford so that he may navigate the area that was familiar to him.
She said Hervey said he noticed a vehicle speeding to catch up to them and then the vehicle started to swerve into their passenger side. She said he sped up and a silver vehicle continued to pursue. She said it all happened so fast. She said the car so very quickly ended up out of control and rolling.
