Let me guess.....the 'Community' is the people in the cars at the intersection and they are traumatized by seeing the results of what they voted for..

More than likely the perp was a multiple time offender, that the court system let out 24-48 hours before this, in the infamous catch and release.


Ya gotta give the cops credit for the work they have to face on the daily and they are good at what they do. They have to be to keep people safe from these idiots
