Ian Huntley the Soham Child killer died in prison following a attack by other prisoners, i am surprised they allowed the scumbag to mix with the general population in Prison, he is in hell now.

With DNA evidence, video cameras, and cell phone tracking, there is far more certainty than in the past. A new DP law can
stipulate that the DP can only be applied with these types of evidence.

I have always worked by the rule one innocent is one too many, in the UK we have had several cases over the years where some people served many years in prison who were later found to be innocent, the Birmingham bombers were innocent one died in prison others served 17 years before being proved innocent, some of the convictions were down to false witnesses and police corruption.
