On Monday night, immigration officials admitted to deporting a Maryland man to El Salvador due to an "administrative error."

Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, who lived with his U.S. citizen wife and child, was identified as being on one of the three deportation flights to El Salvador last month

Mistakes happen. Why can Democrats never admit theirs?

Turns out that under the law, this is known as a “harmless error. “

According to court documents, Abrego Garcia in 2019 he was served a notice to appear in immigration court. An immigration judge did find him to be removable from the U.S. — but granted him a withholding of removal, which barred the U.S. government from deporting him to El Salvador specifically.

So he was a illegal alien subject to removal. Sure, it was unfortunate that he would removed as a train de Aragua gang member member, when he is an MS13 gang member. I suppose the fact that MS13 are hated in El Salvador could be a problem, if not for the fact that he is in a super secure prison in which inmates are physically restrained by guard so violence is unlikely.

Anyway, however, it happened, that’s one less gang member in the United States. I see no reason why we shouldn’t ship American gang members be the Crips, Bandidos, Russian mafia, or Tong, to Gitmo.

Since we're neighbors, try not to diss The Bandidos around me.

The man was a legally protected citizen. Trump has never admitted a mistake and Trump claims he can't get the guy out of prison when he actually can. Maybe when he starts taking whites off the streets for no reason you might actually begin to see just how fucked up what you support is.

Just like a lying little brat. Sometimes they need to be spanked to admit things.

He isn’t a citizen you moron. He is an illegal.

So President Trump has every right to deport his ass, despite some low ranking judge claiming he couldn’t be deported. The President sets immigration policy, not an unelected judge.

They need to create a work camp for teenagers who get in trouble with the law.

Catch them shoplifting or rioting and we could send them to El Salvador to straighten them out.
6 months and they may turn a new leaf and become decent and productive citizens.

Six weeks for most of them. But the other 4 1/2 months just to make sure…

I’m surprised these Democrats are complaining. MS 13 boy will probably live longer down there then if he was still here gangbanging, human trafficking, drug smuggling, and getting more weird tattoos.

Democrats can't even admit that the DNC and Legacy media covered up Joe's dementia.

Then they could not admit that even though they forced him to give up his nomination for President because of his debate performance against Trump showing his dementia, they let him remain President, putting the entire nation at risk till his term was up.

You will find that cults can never admit being wrong about anything.

Your lying will never make it the truth.

There is no evidence this guy was part of MS-13.

Trump lied for 90 minutes in that debate and we now have an obviously dermented man in office now that the right is defending.

Without due process, it is not a harmless error.

Every person here has the right to due process.
