Zone1 Sleepwalking

have you ever done it?
or watched it?

I saw it once.
Yep, I saw it. My wife and I had to take care of my sister in her last 6 months with cancer. Not only did she have chemo brain she took Ambien before bed and if she woke up a few hours later would take another. One night she came from her bedroom and into ours and tried to climb in bed and fell. She woke up when she fell and we found her ambien and took it away.

Many medications can cause that phenomenon in some people. When my hubbie had his hip replacement, he had a great deal of pain and this is a man with a very low pain threshold anyway. Used nsaids, acetaminophen and Tramadol to control the pain during the day that first week or so. But gave him an oxycodone at bedtime so that he could sleep. Twice when he got up I realized he was sleep walking and behaving irrationally. We stopped the oxycodone. :)

was it eerie?

I used to sleep walk in my late teens to early twenties. A very interesting experience,
I must say. It was more like hypnosis, I was aware I was doing it, but didn't question why
I was doing when it was going on.
