I'm wondering about Alabama vx Georgia, Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana on all sides....all the surrounding states have high concentrations of slaves. Why not Alabama? Is it because the investigators are lazy?

Is it because of the airports or seaports? (Alabama has very small sea ports and airports)

Nevada with its legal sex trade is obvious.
California and other border states with Mexico are also obvious....the numbers indicate rescued slaves. The per-capita numbers are really disturbing. Georgia is number 2....the heart of the slave trade.
